Founded in 2006 as ARŞE Basınçlı Döküm ve Kalıp Mak. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. , is now transforming to its new identity with its new brand ASMELTA . We are operating with Hot and Cold chamber die casting metal injection machines through Aluminum and Zinc inputs. The parts we produce can be further processed in-house, with our other processing machines, such as CNC Machining, sandblasting, emery processes etc.

In a closed area of approximately 2000 square meters, we have 11 casting machines, CNC vertical and Horizantal machinning centers, CNC Lathe machine, Mold making area and other warehouse activities. We continue to offer sustainable solutions in a competitive environment by improving our processes every day and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

Scope

Asmelta Pressure Casting manufacturing of zinc alloy and aluminium parts with high-pressure die casting, hand de-burring, trimming, sandblasting, and machining. According to our customer requests, we offer outsourced painting and vibration processes in Asmelta quality. According to 9001 and IATF 16949 standards in Asmelta Die Casting, 8.3 Product Design article is out of scope.
